3、 Introduction to Working Principle
A、 Core workflow: Three step implementation of “heating → temperature control → insulation”
Step 1: Gentle Heating – Avoid High Temperature Damage to Components
Massage oil (which contains heat sensitive ingredients such as essential oils, olive oil, almond oil, etc., and is prone to oxidation and deterioration at high temperatures) needs to be heated slowly at low temperatures. Therefore, the equipment adopts a low-power, uniform heat conduction heating method. There are two common heating modules:
-PTC ceramic heating element (mainstream)**
Equipped with PTC (positive temperature coefficient) ceramic components, it generates stable heat (usually 10-30W, much lower than a water boiler) after being powered on. The heat is transferred to containers containing massage oil (such as stainless steel oil cups and ceramic oil bowls) through * * metal heat transfer disks/heat transfer tubes * . ✅ Advantage: PTC components have their own “temperature upper limit” (default not exceeding 50 ℃), so even if the temperature control system fails, it will not continue to heat up, avoiding oil overheating from the source. -Silicone heating film (commonly used in portable models)*
Some small handheld or oil bottle insulated devices will have a layer of flexible silicone heating film attached to the inside of the oil bottle in contact. After being powered on, the heating film evenly wraps around the oil bottle and slowly heats the oil through “contact heat conduction”, suitable for heating a small amount of massage oil at a time.
Step 2: Precise Temperature Control – Lock in Comfortable Temperature
The device is equipped with a temperature sensor (thermistor) and an MCU microcontroller chip, forming a “real-time monitoring automatic adjustment” temperature control system to ensure that the oil temperature remains stable at 38-42 ℃ (close to the temperature of the human skin, without thermal stimulation during massage):
