2、 Usage method
- Preparation stage
-Tool pretreatment: Clean the surface stains, residual glue (nail polish glue), etc. of the metal tools (such as scissors and tweezers) to be disinfected (to avoid sticking to the inner liner after high-temperature carbonization), and use an alcohol swab to simply wipe the surface dust.
-Disinfection bead filling: Open the top cover of the sterilizer and pour the matching glass disinfection beads into the inner container, filling it to 80% of the container capacity (about 150g), ensuring that the tool can be completely buried by the beads after insertion (ensuring even heat conduction).
-Power on inspection: Connect the power plug to the socket of the corresponding voltage (220V/110V needs to be matched), press the red power switch, and observe whether the green indicator light is on (it indicates the start of heating). - Disinfection operation
-Tool insertion: After the sterilizer is heated for 10 minutes (temperature stabilizes above 150 ℃), use tweezers to slowly insert the pre treated tool into the inner container, ensuring that the tool is completely submerged in the glass beads.

6、 Introduction to Working Principle
The core of this sterilizer is high-temperature dry heat sterilization technology, relying on “glass bead thermal conductivity+constant temperature control” to achieve efficient disinfection:
Thermal conduction logic: After being powered on, the heating element (PTC ceramic heating element) at the bottom of the sterilizer generates heat, which is transferred to the glass beads through the aluminum alloy liner; Glass beads, due to their small specific heat capacity and fast thermal conductivity, can quickly heat up to the set temperature (150 ℃~200 ℃) and evenly wrap the tool immersed in the heat.
-Sterilization principle: Under high temperature environment, the proteins of microorganisms (bacteria, viruses, spores) will undergo denaturation and coagulation, and the cell membrane structure will be destroyed, thereby losing activity; 150 ℃ for 5 minutes can kill 99.9% of common pathogenic bacteria, and 200 ℃ for 20 minutes can inactivate spores (such as Bacillus subtilis).
